Host your event in the mansion's first floor. With this rental option, you will have access to both the President's Room and the historic Double Parlour, Sun Room, and Piano Lounge.

Included in all rentals is access to rental space, kitchen and washrooms as well as the use of 18 circular tables, 14 rectangular tables and 80 stacking chairs

At time of booking, there is a $150.00 deposit required to hold the date. This can be made by cash or cheque. Final payment is due two weeks before event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can the rooms hold?

Our President’s room can hold 80-100 people. The Historical section can fit 25-40. These two numbers can be combined when renting all rooms.

How do I obtain an alcohol permit?

What if I want to come ahead of time to set up the event?

If this is within the allotted hours, there is no additional charge. Otherwise, additional fees will be required if it is outside normal business hours. Please see above for our “door open” fee.

What if we go beyond our 6- or 12-hour rental time?

There will be an automatic $63.00 fee plus the staff’s hourly wage for hours beyond agreed upon contract. This will be taken from the booking deposit.
